I'm Allergic to People Scratch Night

A relaxed entertainment evening showcasing the talents of up-and-coming creative artists.
Featuring work in progress theatrical work, poetry, singing and a sneak peak of a scene from I’m Allergic To People, the night is celebration of emerging talent.

Samy Benaferi and Philip Ofe- Coke, Diet (c/w substance abuse, addiction)
Madina- Silly
Libbi Moss and Lucy Rose Gibbons- Ends Meet (c/w references to suicide)
3 Minds 1 Picture (Kyle Langlais, Dizolele Isaac, Wahene Mesu)- Dim Your Light
Rebecca Metcalf Cortese from Daughters of Artemis Theatre- Slut Confessions (c/w sexual assault, misogyny, violence)
Danielle Tama- Poetry and Music Performance
Bekham- Where Have All the Lovers Gone?
Fiona Lynch- Girls (c/w- strong language)
Cast of I’m Allergic to People - An extract from I’m Allergic To People
Proceeds from the night will go towards funding the run of I’m Allergic To People at Blue Elephant Theatre 18th-22nd March 2025.
The night will be approximately 2 hours long plus a 15 minute interval and there is age guidance of 11+.
Playing Up Workshops

Join us for Creative Play sessions at St Paul's Primary School!
These FREE sessions are for children aged 0 - 3 and their parents/carers.
Workshops start on Friday 14th February and will run until June. They can be delivered through Spanish as well as English. Expect lots of fun as you and your little one(s) act out scenarios and adventures which stimulate their imagination and develop their motor skills!
Please sign up here as spaces are limited! You are welcome to turn up on the day but may be turned away if there is no space so booking is advised.
Playing Up is funded by the Inspiring Elephant Community Fund and Unity Theatre Trust and spaces are intended for people who live, work or study in the Elephant & Castle Opportunity Area.
Session Times:
10am - 11am - 15 months/mobile babies - 3 years
11.30am - 12.30pm - 0 - 14 months
The final three sessions - on May 16th, May 25th and June 6th - will be at St Paul's Church of England Primary School, SE17 3DT. You do not need to go to the main entrance - there is a separate entrance via a side gate to the space we'll be using, near Pasley Park. We will have staff and signs to guide you.
